We ensure this level of availability through our shift rotation system, in which two qualified employees are assigned to each position. These employees rotate every 7 or 14 days.

We personally pick up our employees from their homes. Before boarding the bus, their attendance and sobriety are checked. Our drivers then take them to our company headquarters, from where we transport them—using our own vehicles—reliably to pig breeding farms across Germany.

Any early-morning staff absences that we detect before departure are immediately replaced by experienced backup workers, whom we call “floaters.” This system guarantees our clients a continuous workforce 365 days a year.

Between 10:00 and 13:00, replacement employees arrive to take over from the current workers. This takes place during feeding time or scheduled breaks, so there is no interruption to farm operations. The workers who have completed their shift are then transported home in our modern 9-seat company vans, allowing them to travel back comfortably for their rest period. Depending on the farm, this process repeats every 7 or 14 days, and we always send the same trained workers who are already familiar with the specific farm and its routines.

We work with businesses that need just one temporary worker, as well as with large companies that require up to 40 workers per shift. Both types of partners are equally important to us.

Naturally, the more workers you hire, the lower the price per worker becomes.

You will receive only two invoices per month: one in the middle of the month and one at the end of the month, each with a 14-day payment term. Regardless of the number of workers, the entire monthly cooperation is settled with these two payments.

Our recruitment interviews take place six days a week at eight different locations: Gorzów Wielkopolski, Trzcińsko-Zdrój, Gryfino, Choszczno, Barlinek, Drawsko Pomorskie, Łobez, Drawsko Pomorskie. We personally travel to each meeting to get to know the candidates, assess their skills, motivation, and reliability, and select the best workers for your farm.

• Vreespol employs only hardworking Polish workers who live within 150 km of our headquarters. This allows us to pick them up directly from their homes, ensuring that they arrive at work every day.
• In the next step, we hire the selected candidates as temporary workers based on German employment contracts and take care of all related formalities, including: employment contracts, medical examinations, insurance, vacation costs.
• This means our workers are employed under German conditions. We pay taxes and all required social contributions in Germany, including health insurance, pension insurance, and long-term care insurance. As a result, our temporary workers are insured in German health insurance systems.
• Once everything is agreed upon, we transport the workers directly to your farm using our company minibuses and assist them during the onboarding process together with your supervisors. This ensures there are no language barriers with new employees.
