We provide experienced dairy workers from Poland for milking operations across Denemark.

Our employees are specialists in milking cows and supporting the daily routine on modern dairy farms.

They assist with bringing cows to the milking parlor, watering and feeding animals, and caring for calves.

Through cooperation with more than 300 dairy farms across Germany, and in response to the high demand for qualified milkers, we have developed an efficient 7/7 or 14/14 shift system.

Our temporary workers work 10 hours per day for 7 or 14 consecutive days, including weekends, holidays, and non-working days. After each cycle, the team is replaced by another trained group of workers.

We personally pick up our employees from their homes. Before boarding the transport, their presence and sobriety are checked. Our drivers bring them to our company headquarters, from where they are transported to farms in Germany.

If any worker is unexpectedly unavailable, we immediately replace them with experienced standby staff (“JUMPER”), ensuring continuous workforce availability 365 days a year.

New workers arrive at the farms between 10:00 and 13:00, during the milking break, to replace the current team. This guarantees no downtime in your operations. Employees who finish their shifts are transported home comfortably in our modern 9-seat buses. The rotation takes place every 7 or 14 days, and we strive to send the same trained workers who already know your farm, ensuring efficiency and familiarity with your processes. Workers complete an initial 3-day trial period, and invoices are issued after half a month with a 14-day payment term. We can also organize accommodation for employees for a fee.

We employ additional standby staff “JUMPER”  who do not have a fixed workplace. They are available to:

This system guarantees full operational continuity for our clients.

To ensure the highest quality of work, we offer long-term cooperation with contracts longer than one month. The 7/7 or 14/14 schedule helps maintain motivated workers and encourages stable, long-term cooperation.
