We take care of everything – from personally recruiting temporary workers to selecting only those who are truly motivated and dedicated.
We provide health checks for all temporary workers, hire them under German employment contracts, handle all taxes and social contributions, and register them with a German health insurance provider to ensure full coverage.
For the temporary workers we provide, we organize accommodation near the workplace or, if needed, use your facilities for a fee.
We handle transportation to the workplace with our minibuses, scheduled according to your working hours, whether in 7/7 or 14/14 days shift systems, or individually tailored schedules.
We guarantee that the same, already trained temporary workers are regularly assigned to your company – consistently and reliably, even on public holidays and weekends – for up to 365 days a year, with a maximum assignment duration of 18 months.
For special situations, we provide replacement staff (“floaters”) who step in if a temporary worker is unavailable due to illness, ensuring you always have a consistent workforce.
As a special offer, the first three training days are free of charge, and payment for our services is due within 30 days.
